Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your hat for a full refund.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your hat must be:

Unused

Unworn

In the exact condition it was in when you received it (including original tags and packaging, if applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email our customer service team at mckenzieb@hotgirlsdategirls.com. In your email, please include your order number. Our team will provide you with further instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our facility. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Special Circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a hat that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at mckenzieb@hotgirlsdategirls.com. We will send you a new product free of charge.

Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive an incorrect item, you do not need to return the wrong item. Please contact us at mckenzieb@hotgirlsdategirls.com with your order number and details, and we will promptly send you the correct item free of charge.

Sale or Discounted Items: Hats purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for a refund based on the price you actually paid for the product.

International Returns: Our return policy applies universally; we do not have different policies for international returns.
